Performance characteristics after conversion
●Single rod control can realize the ram slow rise, slow fall, strike, return, emergency stop, any position suspension ram, different stroke and different frequency of continuous strike, simple operation, flexible and free.
●Reasonable structure, no inertia emptying, action coherence does not lag;
●Fast incoming oil port and quick discharge port are servo control, eliminating the occasional misoperation of liquid, gas and hydraulic hammer, and the operation is more safe and reliable;
●The main valve has the dual characteristics of sliding valve operation and cone valve sealing, which increases the controllability and sealing of valve opening opening and closing, and reduces the leakage in the system and heat generation.
●The main control valve is a self-developed servo valve, with a wide range of application, which can meet the needs of 1~20 tons of die forging hammer and 1~10 tons of free forging hammer.
●Monitor the oil consumption of the system in real time; when the system uses more oil, several pumps carry at the same time, and the rest pumps forcibly unload, which can greatly reduce the unloading frequency of the pump and unloading valve, reduce the hydraulic impact, and improve the life of the pump and unloading valve.
●The system is equipped with overpressure protection and pressure loss protection. When the main oil inlet hose breaks or the middle of the hammer breaks and sprays oil from the sealing mouth, the system can close the exit of the main oil road and shut down the motor immediately, which improves the safety of the system.
●Follow-up control fully hydraulic hammer can realize strike, return trip, slow up, slow down, hanging hammer at any position, different stroke and different frequency of continuous strike. ●It can be realized as well as single rod oil beating liquid-gas forging hammer, which is mainly used for the transformation of steaming air free forging hammer and the upgrading of liquid and gas driven free forging hammer. It can also be used for the transformation of steam air die forging hammer and the upgrading of liquid-gas driven die forging hammer.
