China Forging Machinery Co., Ltd. (CFM), 3^rd unit of China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology(CAM) administrated directly by SASAC,the holding subsidiary of Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology(BRIMET, 2^nd grade unit of CAM). CFM is located in National Haian Economic and Technical Development Zone, which is in the north of Yangtze Delta Area, at the cross point of China eastern and Jiangsu northern high-speed rail along the sea and high expressway.

CFM Forging Machinery mainly includes CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammer (U-frame/ anvil/ counterblow), follow-up control fully hydraulic free die forging hammer(single arm/ double arm/ bridge), high energy clutch-operated screw press, high-speed servo hydraulic press special for hot forming, frame-type trimming hydraulic press, forging auxiliary equipment, forging automatic production line, forging process and mold development. The landmark products are U-frame 250kJ fully hydraulic die forging hammer, 190kJ CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammer, 450kJ CNC fully hydraulic cutting die forging hammer, 420kJ follow-up control fully hydraulic free die forging hammer, 2000t hot forming high-speed servo hydraulic press. Main users such as Sinotruk two front axle forging production lines, FAW large tonnage front axle forging production line, China North First Machinery, Beijing Aviation Materials Research Institute, Shandong Huayuan five rigging forging production lines, Iraeta 1.5 m flange follow-up control fully hydraulic free die forging hammer line, Baotou Steel Group, etc.

CFM Piling Machinery mainly includes: ultra-large Marine hydraulic piling hammer (double-action fully hydraulic piling hammer), hydraulic power station, ultra-deep water hydraulic impact hammer,  internal hydraulic compacting hammer, following pile hammer.

It is the specialty of CFM to successfully apply the CNC fully hydraulic hammer technology to the foundation construction machinery such as piling and compaction. The landmark products are 6,000m ultra-deep water sampling hammer hydraulic tamping system, 3500kJ Marine hydraulic piling hammer. The main users are such as China Institute of Marine Geological Prospecting, Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jiangsu Longyuan Zhenhua Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Salvage Bureau, Guangdong Jingindium Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd., and Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. YC-3,500kJ and YC-2,500kJ super large Marine hydraulic piling hammers have been successfully applied to the large diameter single pipe steel piles in CGN, Jiazi 1, Jiazi 2, Shenquan no. 2(8.5 m diameter,110 m long, 2,218 tons), Sheyang, Dafeng, Rudong, Qidong and other offshore wind power projects.

CFM covers an area of 22,000 square meters, office building and all steel structure plant nearly 16,000 square meters, assembly plant with the largest single lifting capacity of 320 tons, lifting height as more than 22 meters, cutting workshop has many large CNC, digital metal cutting equipment, CNC gantry machining center largest machining range 4x15 meters(Beijing First Machine Tool Factory), 260 CNC floor boring milling machine largest workpiece processing range 6x16 meters and 200 floor boring machine largest workpiece processing range 4x12 meters (Qier).

CFM has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, CE certification, Norway German classification society (DNV.GL) certification, and has obtained dozens of invention patents, and its products have won the first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the provincial high-tech products, the provincial science and technology innovation award, and the first (set) major equipment in Nantong City.
