On the morning of March 24th, the project of a super large hydraulic pile hammer with a capacity of over 6000 kilojoules, jointly developed by China Machinery Forging Jiangsu Co., Ltd., was successfully signed at the Nantong International Conference Center.

Jiang Chao, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of China National Machinery Engineering Corporation, and Chairman of China Machinery Forging and Pressing Corporation, attended the signing ceremony.

The 6000kJ+ultra large hydraulic pile hammer is led by Longyuan Zhenhua, and China Machinery Forging is responsible for the overall structural design and manufacturing of key components such as power, drive, and control. It is jointly developed by eight enterprises, universities, and research institutes including China National Heavy Industry Corporation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Southeast University, and Yangjiang Offshore Wind Power Laboratory. The maximum impact energy reaches 6000 kilojoules, and the maximum diameter of a single pile that can be driven reaches 9 meters.

At the signing press conference, Zhang Changlong, Vice Chairman of China Machinery Forging Press, gave a speech as a research guest: China Machinery Forging Press has developed a 2500kJ and 3500kJ ultra large hydraulic pile hammer, which has set a record for the fastest continuous operation and the largest pile sinking record in China. It has become a domestically produced "miracle tool" for offshore wind power construction.

The world's first self-developed 6000KJ+ultra large hydraulic pile driver is an essential construction equipment for China's ultra large offshore wind power single pile foundation. Its successful research and development will effectively promote the application of single pile foundation in deep-sea wind power generation, improve the construction efficiency of large-scale offshore wind power installation, and facilitate the realization of affordable offshore wind power generation.

The 6000KJ+ultra large hydraulic pile hammer will be based on the integration and control technology of a cylinder valve integrated high flow hydraulic system with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the experience of 2500kJ and 3500kJ development, through the research of the overall function of the marine hydraulic pile hammer, the overall structural scheme of the pile hammer, and the digital control of the impact energy, the power system of the marine hydraulic pile hammer will be modularized, the driving system will be integrated, and the suspension system will be quickly replaced Breakthroughs have been made in key technologies such as digitalization of pile hammer impact energy control, and innovation has been achieved in the combination structure of impact resistant suspension system and hydraulic power multiple units. This has been verified through the construction application of offshore wind power ultra large diameter single pipe piles.

On March 25th, Li Ze, Secretary of the Party Committee of Longyuan Zhenhua, led a joint research and development expert to visit China Machinery Forging and Forging Co., Ltd. to make arrangements on how to carry out research and development work.
