To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly study and implement the Party’s innovative theories, firmly establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, and drive high-quality corporate development through high-quality Party building, the Party Branch of CFM recently carried out a series of themed Party Day activities themed "Draw Lessons from the Glorious History of the Long March, Forge the Craftsman Spirit of CFM Staff". Through diverse forms including special research study, self-inspection against benchmarks, exchange seminars, live broadcast viewing of grand ceremonies and red-themed movie screenings, the branch revisited the extraordinary red years, pooled strength for hard work and forging ahead, and tempered the sense of responsibility of state-owned enterprise craftsmen.

Deepen Learning to Consolidate Foundations, Take Practical Actions Against Benchmarks to Foster a New Work Ethic

A centralized seminar was held under the theme "Guided by a Correct View of Political Achievements, Identify Shortcomings Through Benchmark Comparison, and Promote Technological Innovation and Market Expansion of CFM".

Party members of the branch, based on different posts such as R&D, production, marketing and administration, shared insights, identified gaps and formulated practical measures by combining warning education with positive and negative typical cases and their daily work. They effectively translated theoretical learning achievements into concrete ideas and practical steps to overcome difficulties, achieve innovative breakthroughs and explore new markets.

Cao Yubin, Secretary of the Party Branch, required all Party members to align their work orientation with a correct view of political achievements, abandon superficial and ineffective work, take solid efforts based on their posts, empower products with craftsmanship and fuel corporate development through hard work, and fully exert the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. He stressed the thorough implementation of the review work on the spirit of the State-owned Enterprise Party Building Conference, benchmark self-inspection, problem sorting and rectification accountability to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of Party building work in the branch.

Pay Tribute to the Centennial Founding Anniversary, Draw Motivation for Forging Ahead from Role Models

Party members and key post staff were organized to watch the live broadcast of the grand ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. They witnessed the awarding of the July 1st Medal, carefully listened to the decision on commending national outstanding Party members, outstanding Party workers and advanced grassroots Party organizations, and deeply studied the inspiring deeds of Wu Yaqin, recipient of the July 1st Medal, who rooted herself at the grassroots level, stayed true to her original aspiration and dedicated herself to serving the people. Participants gained an in-depth understanding of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech.

The touching stories of each role model deeply touched and inspired all attendees. Everyone expressed that they would take meritorious models as examples, inherit the fighting spirit of dedication to work, loyalty to the original aspiration and persistent perseverance, integrate the political character of loyalty to the Party and the unwavering founding mission into the whole process of production and operation, deeply cultivate the real economy and shoulder the mission of state-owned enterprises courageously.

Trace the Long March Years Through Films, Temper Craftsman Spirit with Red Heritage

Party members and core employees were gathered to watch the red-themed feature film *Four Crossings of the Chishui River*. The film vividly reproduces the extraordinary Long March journey of the Red Army crossing the Chishui River four times, marching thousands of miles, surmounting hardships and fighting bravely to forge ahead. It profoundly interprets the great Long March spirit featuring perseverance, indomitable will, bold pioneering and united progress.

During the screening, all participants immersively perceived the revolutionary predecessors’ ideals, beliefs and sense of mission, and deeply recognized that the timeless Long March spirit is a precious spiritual asset for overcoming difficulties and striving for excellence. They stated that they would be guided by the Long March spirit to face industry competition and development challenges head-on, pursue breakthroughs in technological innovation, strictly control product quality, proactively expand market share, and devote themselves to the main business with rigorous craftsmanship and steadfast hard work.
