Signing Successfully Completed for the World’s Largest 630kJ CNC Fully Hydraulic Anvil Die Forging Hammer

On the afternoon of February 1, 2026, Shandong Minglite Forging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Minglite) and China Forging Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CFM) held a signing ceremony for cooperation on the 630kJ CNC fully hydraulic anvil die forging hammer in the conference room on the 4th floor of CFM office building.
Cao Yubin, Deputy General Manager of CFM, and Fan Zhenxian, General Manager of Minglite, attended the signing ceremony. Zhang Changlong, Senior Advisor of CFM and the founder of CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammer technology, Hu Dayong, Marketing Director of CFM, Lu Zhongqi, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department, and other relevant personnel were also present.
Model CT88K-630 CNC fully hydraulic anvil die forging hammer boasts an impact energy of 630kJ and a maximum ram weight of 32 tons, ranking as the largest-specification anvil die forging hammer worldwide at present.
Adopting CFM’s exclusive integrated cylinder-valve full-hydraulic drive system and highly integrated hydraulic power unit (without ground-mounted pump station), the CT88K-630 hammer enables digital control over impact energy and striking sequences. The hammer will be deployed by Minglite for the production of large precision die forgings and help the company upgrade its manufacturing capacity for large high-end forged components.
The successful signing of the CT88K-630 CNC fully hydraulic anvil die forging hammer marks another new milestone in China’s heavy-duty die forging equipment technology.
